By accessing the Voltz System & Solutions website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Services
This website provides marketing information about our internet plans and services. Pricing shown is indicative; VAT, SD and applicable taxes will be added. Final service terms are set out in your service agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Subscriber Registration & Accuracy of Information
When you register for a Voltz connection, you must provide true, accurate and complete information, including your name, address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date, and you will be liable for any consequences arising from false or inaccurate information provided at registration.
Service Agreement & Equipment
Service begins once installation at your registered premises has been completed. Any ONU, router, modem, cabling or other equipment installed by Voltz remains the property of Voltz System & Solutions unless it has been separately purchased by the subscriber. You agree to take reasonable care of this equipment.
Fair Use & No Line-Sharing
Your connection is licensed for use at the single registered premises only. Reselling, sharing, bridging or extending the connection to other users or premises without our prior written consent is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of service.
Billing & Payment
Service charges are billed on a prepaid, monthly-advance basis. If payment is not received by the due date, your line may be suspended without further notice; restoring service after payment may take up to 24 hours. Online payments made through our Self Care Portal are processed by our payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz.
Suspension, Termination & Equipment Return
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of the connection. If you cancel your service, any Voltz-owned equipment must be returned in working condition; the cost of unreturned or damaged equipment may be billed to you separately.
Limitation of Liability
Voltz System & Solutions is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, third-party network faults, or damage from natural causes such as lightning or flooding.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
