Overview
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued for Voltz System & Solutions services.
Installation & Setup Charges
One-time installation and setup charges (OTC) are non-refundable once a site survey or installation has commenced.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly service charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle, including in the event of early cancellation or partial-month usage. If you experience a service issue, please contact our support team so we can resolve it.
Accuracy of Subscriber Information
Providing true, accurate and complete registration information (name, address, contact details) is a condition of service. Refund requests may be delayed or declined if we are unable to verify your account due to inaccurate information.
Equipment Return on Cancellation
On cancellation, any Voltz-owned equipment (ONU, router, modem, cabling, etc.) must be returned in working condition. The value of any unreturned or damaged equipment will be deducted from any refundable balance.
Erroneous or Duplicate Online Payments
If an online payment made through our payment gateway partner, SSLCommerz, results in a duplicate charge or an erroneous transaction due to a technical error, we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
